RIDEBACK RISE

Last year, I had the pleasure of being a part of the Rideback Rise Circle Fellowship. Rise Circle is a network of hundreds of mid-career writers and filmmakers who take part in and directly benefit from RISE programming including masterclasses taught by top industry icons, professional writing/development courses, and networking events. I got to write a feature script in an outstanding workshop taught by Jessica Sharzer, take part in TV Summits and Indie Film Financing Summits, and attend panels with Ava Duverney, Jason Blum, Adele Lim, John Chu and more.

Now, I'm pleased to announce that Rise Circle has invited me to return for a second year of Rise! Year 2 will be bigger and better, and promises a host of new panels, workshops and programming to support mid-career POC creatives in LA. I'm looking forward to an amazing year ahead.
